Responsibilities

  • Remote support for our software solutions
  • Remote support for Wifi (esp. Meraki, Ruckus)
  • Handling of support requests (telephone, e-mail, ticket system, remote maintenance)
  • Interested in IT and new technologies

Requirements

  • IT related technical education or business education with IT focus (HTL, FH) or equivalent experience in IT
  • German and English language skills
  • Additional foreign languages, e.g. French, are a plus
  • Structured and result-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality as well as friendly and service-oriented appearance
